Dear Karen, please say hello to Mike..

Assange:

"Ecuador is the mouse that roared at a United Kingdom in decadence! And, the same applies for Sweden, another Kingdom with a very deficient legal system with double moral standards, calling a sexual encounter – with a CIA operative, Anna Arden, and co-worker Sophia Wilen -- a rape when in fact there was none. The whole Swedish show is just a cheap, immoral excuse to send Assange to the US to be literally assassinated.
In addition, it´s really too bad that the UK might have chosen not to respect the diplomatic status of a Latin American nation with a fully democratic and democratically elected government; due to US pressure, they want Assange so bad that they are willing to risk breaking diplomatic relations with most if not all Latin American and the Caribbean nations.
The Ecuadorian government has acted out of sheer courage and to the benefit of a brave soul who is wanted by US and UK intelligence services to try him on espionage charges. There is already a grand jury set up in the US to charge Assange. Meanwhile, Interpol has already issued a red alert notice against Assange. In both countries, Assange will be tortured, and, eventually, in the USA, he will be sent to Guantanamo to face more torture, and then the death penalty will be handed down upon him. The whole process does not speak well of the Obama administration code of ethics. This government should stop persecuting Wiki Leaks, for the truth must come out so that diplomacy and history reflect these facts.
To achieve the goal of assassinating Julian Assange, the Swedish government wants to extradite Assange on sexual assault charges. A likely story, indeed, that shows the perverted nature of both US and UK intelligence services. Due to the sensitivity of this case, Swedish justice should agree that Assange could give his views on this matter to a Swedish prosecutor in the embassy of Ecuador, in London.
Julian Assange does not deserve this punishment. He merely divulged copies of information that was provided by informants; in the case of the US, by diplomats or State Department employees not satisfied with their own government, all over the world, and who had access to secret or not secret e-mails, including those employees involved in e-mail learning. These are the ones that should be punished and not an intermediary that merely wanted to set the facts straight as to the honesty of the wheeling and dealing of crooked US and UK diplomacy. The US government, the real culprit, thus failed to protect classified, confidential information that was not hacked or stolen by Assange, but given to him by informants. In any case, these leaks help to stop the US government from lying the country into secret and open wars, thus promoting death, and corruption: Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa, etc. This is clearly a case of flawed foreign policy by the empire and not an issue of national security.
In the recent past, Ecuador expelled an obscure Ms. Heather Hodges who was the US ambassador to that country, on the basis of a wiki leak cable that showed the true lying and deceitful nature of this woman – a real shame for the State Department diplomatic corp...
Assange should be set free by a dying Kingdom who faces enormous financial problems in the nearby future, due to utter irresponsibility in the handling of their domestic economic, banking, and financial affairs.
Better concentrate on those problems Brits, and let Mr. Assange leave for Ecuador.
And, on the eve of elections, Mr. Obama should take his hands off Wiki Leaks for the sake of his new government, US reputation, and world peace.
All viewers should check the speech by Ron Paul ( a real statesman) on Assange. At http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaAUmPNR69w"

Mitt Romney vs. Obama

"Mitt Romney deserves to be severely criticized.
That is the real problem with Romney. He is totally misguided in foreign and domestic affairs.
The GOP nomination has been won by a perfect nobody in the sense of not being able to govern this country, Harvard BS or not -- big liar Mitt Romney who has spent his life in the "real" economy and not in DCA.
No, Blondie, you can´t trust incompetent Mitt Romney, even though he is your husband!
In 2002, to be Governor of Mass., Romney offered less government, less debt, better business, less tax, but the result was more fees, less business, more debt, and bigger inefficient state government. He did not get the job done, as his dubious accomplishments, to be president, attest to. He is already crippled and weakened physically and morally by his riches. He bears no similarity whatsoever to the average American and is therefore not likeable by a vast majority of the country.
That´s why he chose a fat, overweight slob like Christie to salute him on this day: a blonde and a fatso, c´mon… Are these the new symbols of the good old USA that the GOP wants to oversell?? Corruption and abortion, rather...
Romney with real world applications, Harvard BS – less than 15% effective rate taxpayer, instead of 30%; off shores' money manager man, Swiss banks and Cayman bank accounts, instead of putting the money in US banks; domestic job destroyer that buys companies for profit and then dissolves them, firing everyone in sight, instead of using his business background to turn around these companies´ economy and boost job creation; immigrant hater; not concerned about the poor, 47 million Americans; his economic plan is just a list of good intentions with no ideological base; posthumous Jewish baptizer; and, too filthy rich to be president now wants to eliminate Chavez, a dying man, by simply inventing threats to the USA, based on alliances with Iran. And, of course, in this last respect, supported by cheap propaganda spitted out by far right frustrated CIA-backed Cuban exiles or their off spring that have done well in this country, except Rubio who is bankrupt but was considered to accompany Mitt as VP. In the meantime, no one else wants to come here, the planet of the dying-off middle class; and, rapidly increasing poverty levels. And Ryan is more of the same; in his GOP speech: He lied about Medicare. He lied about the Recovery Act. He lied about the deficit and debt. He even dishonestly attacked Barack Obama for the closing of a GM plant in his hometown of Janesville, Wisconsin -- a plant that closed in December 2008 under George W. Bush. He also failed to offer one constructive idea about what he would do to move the country forward. In other words, Ryan is a flunky too!
Finally,
(1) Mitt Romney refuses to release multiple years of taxes, ignoring decades of precedent.
(2) He won't disclose his "bundlers," the people raising millions for his campaign.
(3) He is the sole owner of a questionable shell corporation in Bermuda.
(4) Until recently, Romney kept cash in a Swiss bank account.
(5) According to the Globe, he hasn't been honest about when he was running Bain Capital, even though legal documents refute his claims.
Vote Obama and win, win, win!"
